STAY UP HIGHER MINISTRY

The vision for Staying Up Higher Ministry was actually contained within Altha's vision for Well of Life Ministries, a ministry that God gave her almost forty years ago. In recent years the Lord has drawn Altha's heart into a much more intensely focused ministry of proclaiming the Lord Jesus Christ in His ascension glory. In this way Staying Up Higher Ministry was birthed in 2010 and is the heartbeat of this website.

The only revelation we have of the Lord Jesus Christ is in the inerrant Word of God, the Holy Bible. God has called us to search the scriptures. As He moves within our soul toward a hunger to know Him, the Holy Spirit will begin to open the eyes of our hearts toward a higher view of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our perspective is progressively changed when the Holy Spirit brings us into a deeper revelation of the Lord in our hearts as the LORD of hosts, The Sovereign of the universe and The Overseer of human history.

The Holy Spirit has impressed upon Altha's heart to encourage and challenge the church to "stay up higher" in their walk, intimacy and fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ. This website has been created for the purpose of helping the church to progressively and dynamically live more consistently by faith in their Lord and King.

The teachings on this site are primarily a selected collection of Altha's teachings over the years. They are intended to deepen and strengthen us in the disciplines of beholding the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Scriptures.
